Since 1970
IRB Home was originally founded in 1970 as the Indian Rocks Beach Homeowners Association, a 501c(3) non-profit corporation to promote community unity. In 2023, we changed our name to IRB Home.
We provide opportunities for residents and local businesses to meet and get better acquainted in a friendly and informal manner during adult and family social events throughout the year. Proceeds generated by our major annual events help fund worthwhile projects and causes that directly benefit our city and our surrounding communities.

By promoting positive interaction between our residents, presenting events that directly benefit our local businesses and funding community projects, the IRB Home contributes to the overall health and well-being of the community. Any local residents and businesses are invited to join in the fun! You need not be a homeowner to become a member; all residents are eligible. Here are our most recent By Laws 12.14 Adopted November 2013.
