This year's Poker Run Bar Crawl is Saturday Sept. 26th. New this year will be Poker Run T-shirts. They will be available to preregistered participants. To be guaranteed a shirt, you must register by Sunday September 20th. Early registration with no shirt closes
Thursday, September 24th. The event fee is $5 in advance or $15 with a t-shirt. Day of the event registration is $10 each or $20 with a shirt, if they are still available.
Contrary to what some people think, this is not a running event - it is pub crawl. The only exercise you will get is walking from one establishment to the next.
Registration will be at City Hall, on Bay Palm Blvd. between 15th and 16th Ave., from Noon until 2pm. There you will pick up your registration packet, an IRB Koozie and your T-shirt if you ordered one. Even if you are pre-registered you need to stop by to pick-up your packet. Once you are registered, you can begin visiting the participating bars and restaurants, detailed on the Route Map, in any order you wish. You must visit at least five, or you can visit all 10! Turn in your hand at the Loading Dock by 8pm.
At each location, make a purchase. Someone will sign your registration card and give you a playing card - limit one card, per person, per location. Your purchase does not have to include alcohol. Keep your registration form, you will need it later to win prizes. Show up at the Loading Dock, with your poker hand, by 8pm for the after-party and the chance to win prizes. Someone will be available to help you pick your poker hand. Standard 5 card poker rules apply; no 5 of a kinds are allowed. You must be present to win.
For those that can't make it during the day, you can still join us at the after party - The Loading Dock 8pm on.
