Indian Rocks Beach Homeowners Association is a non-profit organization whose goal is to promote community unity. We do that by providing opportunities for you to meet your neighbors at adult and family social events through out the year. All Indian Rocks Beach residents and businesses are encouraged to join in the fun. We were started in 1970 as a method for residents to express interest in their community. We do this by providing a organization where residents can become acquainted with each other in a friendly and informal manner. It is our belief that by promoting the interaction of its residents, the Homeowners Association will contribute to the overall health and well being of the community.With approximately 4,000 residents, our city is less than three miles along the Gulf of Mexico. We invite you to join us, and get to know your fellow residents. You don't have to be a homeowner to join the Association, any resident is eligible.
