JOIN THE HOMEOWNERS

For over forty years, the Indian Rocks Beach Homeowners Association has been dedicated to making IRB a better community...both in terms of strengthening the special bond among its residents and through the many worthwhile projects the group funds each year. IRB is one of the few beach communities with a sense of "neighborhood" due, as least in part, to the efforts of the the IRB Homeowners Association. We'd be so pleased to have you join us. It's the most fun you can ever have giving back to the city we all love.

IMPORTANT:  Home ownership IS NOT a requirement to join. ANYONE who lives or works in IRB, or operates a business that services our area qualifies. (Some of our more active members are renters and seasonal residents!)

HERE'S HOW TO JOIN:

1. Download, print and complete the appropriate membership application:

ANNUAL MEMBERSHIP FEE:

         INDIVIDUALS: Your annual $20 membership fee is WAIVED but...

               we hope that you will spend it at one of our local businesses instead.

         BUSINESSES: Your annual $25 membership fee is WAIVED but...

              we hope that you will spend it supporting our activities and events.

The Indian Rocks Beach Homeowners Association is a 501(c)(4) non-profit organization that donates all the proceeds from our many annual community events to fund worthwhile community projects.

VOLUNTEER

The IRB Homeowners Association is fortunate to have members that are some the most active volunteers in the community. Our volunteers always manage to have fun while planning, organizing and working our various events throughout the year. It's a great way to get to know more folks in town and we are always looking for new faces to help with:
