The Indian Rocks Beach Home of Excellence Award presented by The Homeowners Association, and sponsored by Plumlee Realty, is designed to recognize and reward homeowners for the hard work of maintaining and improving their property. Each quarter a different home will be chosen to receive the Award. The Homeowner will receive a letter of appreciation and have a sign placed in their yard for the next quarter. Photos of each winner will be posted on our Web site.

The Quarterly Award will be presented at our Happy Hours in March, June, September and December. All nominations should be submitted by the 15th of the month prior to the award. Our next Home Excellence Award will be announce December 10th, at our Toy Drive Happy Hour held at Impressive Design.
