The Indian Rocks Beach Home of Excellence Award, presented by the Homeowners Association and sponsored by Plumlee Realty, is designed to recognize and reward homeowners for their hard work in maintaining and improving their properties. Each quarter a different home is chosen to receive the award. The homeowner receives a letter of appreciation, has their photo posted on our Web site and has a sign placed in their yard for the next quarter.

The Home of Excellence Award is presented quarterly at our Happy Hours in March, June, September and December. The Fourth Quarter 2010 recipient will be announced at the March 10th, 2011 Happy Hour at Tapas Garden.
