Now in its SEVENTH YEAR! Sample the best of the best fare our beach has to offer and enjoy the natural setting of IRB's best park. Bring lawn chairs or blankets (NO coolers or dogs!) and plan to spend the evening dancing to music in the gazebo and visiting with neighbors and friends.

Get into the spirit of the season by enjoying a great evening holiday cheer with friends and neighbors. Those who attended last year know that Century 21 Beggins goes all out for this event. Food and live music. Beer (donated by the Red Lion!) and wine available for a cash donation. The smiles on the faces of the needy children who receive the unwrapped toys that everyone brings is the best gift of all. Last year's toys along with $500 in Walmart gift certificates (donated by the Homeowners!) benefited Grace House, a shelter for homeless families and the American Legion/Madeira Beach's program to help children of homeless veterans. It's what the holidays are all about...good friends and making the holidays happier for others.
